Supported features and formats
What you can do
Convert Office documents to PDF, extract PDF text into editable documents, convert images, merge and split pages, rotate and crop, add page numbers and watermarks, fill or flatten AcroForms, add annotations, draw signatures, run OCR and protect or unlock files with a known password.

| Word / Excel / PPT → PDF | Temporary upload with LibreOffice conversion. Complex formulas, fonts, animations and print layouts may differ from the original application. |
| PDF → Word / Excel / PPT | Text reflow, coordinate-based columns or slide text; original layouts are not reconstructed. Scans need OCR first. Text in full-page image slides is not editable. |
| Images → PDF | JPG, PNG and supported BMP, first-frame GIF, TIFF, HEIC and PSD composites. Unusual encodings, very large dimensions or damaged files may be unsupported. |
| AI → PDF | PDF-compatible AI only. Pure Illustrator data, INDD, PSB and complex PSD layers are unsupported. |
| Compression / OCR | Structural compression may not reduce size. Image compression reduces clarity and removes text layers. OCR supports English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese; accuracy depends on file quality and layout. |
| Edit / Fill / Sign | Add content and fill real AcroForm fields. Existing body text and XFA are unsupported. Drawn signatures are not certificate signatures. |
