Local tools: files stay on your device

PDF, image, OCR, form, signature and password tools use your browser's memory without uploading files or passwords. There are no accounts, long-term file storage, analytics or ad scripts. The website does not retain your work when you close the page; you manage downloaded files.

Office to PDF: a disclosed temporary upload

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TXT and RTF to PDF temporarily upload your selected file over HTTPS after you give consent. Each conversion has a separate working directory. Input, output and conversion settings are deleted after success, failure, timeout or cancellation. No conversion history is retained. Maximum file size: 10 MB; conversion timeout: 45 seconds.

Language preference

Your interface language is saved only in this browser’s local storage. It contains no file contents and is not used for tracking. If local storage is blocked, language URLs and the language menu still work.

Website resources and logs

Your browser downloads scripts, fonts, PDF preview resources and OCR language models. These static requests do not contain local file contents. Access logging is disabled. Runtime error logs help diagnose failures and do not record document contents. This notice will be updated before advertising or analytics is enabled.

Output and sharing

Cropping is not secure redaction: hidden content may be recoverable. Use a trusted device and take care when sharing decrypted files. A drawn signature is not a certificate-based digital signature.

Advertising preparation (not enabled)

We are preparing to apply for Google AdSense. No advertising scripts are currently loaded. If Google ads are enabled later, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this or other websites. Personalization also depends on applicable consent choices and ad settings. Before enabling ads, we will update this notice and configure the applicable consent and privacy choices. You can manage or opt out of ad personalization in Google Ad Settings; turning off personalization does not turn off all ads.
